Our Policy 

Delivery​

  • All deliveries are door to door only. 

  • Delivery charges are confirmed before making the purchase. They may vary according to the distance and travelling time.  

Returns/ Refunds

  • We do not provide any refunds on customized products in case if you change your mind. So please choose the product carefully before completing the purchase

  • For returns, the items must be in the same condition as delivered, unused and in its original packaging.   

  • Packaged item such as mattresses which are open would not be eligible for returns.

  • In case of any issues with the items such as damaged or faulty, please inform us as soon as possible, so that we can get them replaced for you.

  •  Faulty or damaged items to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us an email to the email address papakurafurnitureoutlet@gmail.com, clearly detailing the reason requesting for refund along with some pictures of the damaged or faulty items.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the items are faulty.

  • We will contact you back via phone or email if we require any further information to process the return request.

  • Refunds may take 7- 10 working days to get processed.
