Delivery​

All deliveries are door to door only.

Delivery charges are confirmed before making the purchase. They may vary according to the distance and travelling time.
Returns/ Refunds

We do not provide any refunds on customized products in case if you change your mind. So please choose the product carefully before completing the purchase

For returns, the items must be in the same condition as delivered, unused and in its original packaging.

Packaged item such as mattresses which are open would not be eligible for returns.

In case of any issues with the items such as damaged or faulty, please inform us as soon as possible, so that we can get them replaced for you.

Faulty or damaged items to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us an email to the email address papakurafurnitureoutlet@gmail.com, clearly detailing the reason requesting for refund along with some pictures of the damaged or faulty items.

Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the items are faulty.

We will contact you back via phone or email if we require any further information to process the return request.

Refunds may take 7- 10 working days to get processed.
